  • NOTE: all items shipped are insured for the purchased merchandise price only. Insured shipping is an additional $3 per order placed. Currently Offering Free Shipping delivered in the Continental US Only. At this time, Blade Select ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Blade Select does not ship merchandise to Canada, Guam, Mexico, and the US Virgin Islands. Contact us for other international locations for shipping. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. It is your responsibility to check with your state office to verify whether the state to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. Blade Select is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper national shipping practices.

  • Return Policy

  • Returns will be permitted only in the following circumstances: * Warranty returns (defective or damaged goods) * Delivery / administrative errors (shortages, overages, wrong merchandise). Warranty Returns: All Blade Select' products are warranted for 30 days against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship and will provide full credit. Blade Select' reserves the right to reject any claim due to misuse. Delivery/administrative returns: It is the buyer’s responsibility to notify Blade Select' at the time of delivery of damaged goods, shortages, overages, or incorrect items. Please be sure to check the package for damages caused during shipment and do not accept the package without Emailing or calling (757) 542-5233. Items returned for credit due to delivery error will only be accepted within 10 business days after receipt of goods. Please note all returned product must be in original package, unopened and in re-sellable condition. All packages failing to meet these requirements will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. RETURN PROCEDURE 1. Email or call Monday through Friday (757) 542-5233, 8 am to 5 pm EST for immediate return authorization. 2. After you have obtained your authorization number, the item being returned should be packed securely in appropriate sized sturdy cartons. A copy of your PACKING LIST/INVOICE MUST be enclosed with your merchandise with the return information on the back of the packing list/invoice completed. 3. We would prefer method of return be via a trackable method. 4. All cartons MUST have the return authorization number printed on the outside of the cartons or they will be refused. 5. Most returns are processed within 2 working days of receipt. This procedure has been designed to handle your return in an accurate and timely manner. Please help us by following our procedure.
